Job Overview:
The role is responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing guest experience, and ensuring overall operational excellence at The Avenue Hotel & Suites. This position combines hotel operations leadership with revenue generation and business development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales, Marketing & Business Development
✓ Drive room sales, corporate bookings, and event business
✓ Develop partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, and online platforms
✓ Execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
✓ Ensure competitive pricing and effective inventory management

2. Hotel Operations Management
✓ Oversee daily operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Admin)
✓ Ensure smooth coordination across departments
✓ Monitor occupancy, service quality, and operational efficiency
✓ Handle VIP guests and resolve escalations

3. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
✓ Ensure high customer satisfaction and service standards
✓ Implement feedback systems and corrective actions
✓ Maintain hospitality etiquette and brand standards

4. Financial & Revenue Management
✓ Manage budgets and monitor revenue streams (rooms, F&B, events)
✓ Control costs and improve operational efficiency

5. Team & HR Management

Educational Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business Administration
✓ Professional certifications in hospitality management (preferred)

Experience Requirements:
✓ 6-11 years of experience in Hotel / Hospitality / Restaurant industry
✓ Age: 27-45 years
