Job Overview:
Walton is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Divisional Sales Manager to lead large-scale sales operations across Walton Plaza outlets. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing teams, and making data-driven strategic decisions to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Lead and oversee operations of 100+ Walton Plaza outlets
✓ Drive sales growth and achieve divisional targets
✓ Analyze sales data and market trends for strategic planning
✓ Manage team performance and ensure operational efficiency
✓ Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships

Educational Requirements:
✓ Minimum Graduate (Business or relevant field preferred)

Experience & Requirements:
✓ Strong communication and presentation skills

✓ Proven leadership experience in large-scale operations
✓ Experience in MNC environment will be an advantage
