Singer Bangladesh Limited is seeking motivated and performance-driven individuals for the role of Trainee Branch Manager. This position is part of the company’s retail transformation journey, focusing on branch operations, sales growth, and delivering a superior customer experience across Bangladesh.

• Key Responsibilities:
✓ Manage branch operations efficiently to meet organizational goals
✓ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
✓ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly business reports to head office
✓ Maintain accurate documentation and records on a daily basis
✓ Ensure proper merchandising and product display standards
✓ Handle daily cash banking and submit remittance reports
✓ Monitor receivables and take initiatives to reduce outstanding dues
✓ Visit institutions and organizations to expand customer base
✓ Participate in sales promotions and marketing initiatives
✓ Ensure quality after-sales service in line with company policies

• Qualifications and Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s/Honors degree from a reputed institution
✓ Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant sectors (Retail, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Tobacco, etc.)
✓ Age: 24-40 years
✓ Strong skills in retail sales, customer service, and branch operations
✓ Knowledge of credit control, inventory management, and recovery processes
