Job Overview:
Transcom Beverages Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen distribution networks, and lead high-performing sales teams. This role focuses on executing sales strategies, enhancing market coverage, and ensuring sustainable business expansion aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy execution across assigned territories
✓ Drive distributor development and ensure operational efficiency within the distribution network
✓ Achieve primary and secondary sales targets through effective planning and performance management
✓ Optimize trade spend to maximize ROI and sales productivity
✓ Expand market coverage by increasing outlet penetration and distribution reach
✓ Enhance cooler productivity through strategic planning and asset deployment
✓ Ensure SKU availability and strengthen product presence in the market
✓ Lead, coach, and develop Territory Sales Executives for high performance
✓ Monitor sales performance through regular reviews, planning sessions, and reporting

Educational Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
✓ MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be considered an advantage

Additional Requirements:
✓ Minimum 8-9 years of experience in Sales & Distribution within FMCG
✓ At least 3 years of experience in a mid-level managerial role
✓ Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
✓ Proven experience in distributor management and market expansion
✓ Ability to design and execute trade marketing and promotional strategies
✓ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
✓ Willingness to travel frequently and conduct field visits
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
