Job Overview:
Searchlite Communications Limited (SCL) is hiring a Category Head for a leading FMCG organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving category growth, brand positioning, and market expansion through consumer-centric marketing initiatives and strong commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Lead category strategy, growth planning, and business performance management
✓ Drive P&L ownership and identify opportunities for revenue and profitability growth
✓ Develop and launch new product innovations and category mixes
✓ Define and execute brand positioning and communication strategies
✓ Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign roadmaps
✓ Manage ATL and BTL activities to ensure effective brand visibility and engagement
✓ Oversee media planning, buying, and agency coordination
✓ Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI
✓ Identify opportunities for market expansion and new product launches
✓ Collaborate with stakeholders for sales forecasting and S&OP planning

Requirements:
✓ MBA in Marketing from a reputed university
✓ 10-12 years of progressive experience in FMCG marketing and category management
✓ Strong experience in brand management, innovation, and business strategy
✓ Prior sales exposure will be considered an advantage

✓ Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
✓ Strategic thinking with strong analytical capability
✓ Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners
