• Job Overview:
Hirdaramani Bangladesh is seeking a skilled textile professional to join its Fabric Technology (Sourcing) team. This role focuses on fabric sourcing, technical evaluation, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless product development and compliance with buyer standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
✓ Manage fabric sourcing, development, and technical evaluation across woven, denim, and knit fabrics
✓ Conduct fabric analysis, testing verification, and quality assurance to meet buyer requirements
✓ Collaborate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Suppliers for smooth execution
✓ Monitor development progress and resolve technical issues within project timelines
✓ Track market trends in fabrics and garments to support development strategies
✓ Support sustainability initiatives, including traceability and certification compliance

• Requirements:
✓ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from a reputed university
✓ 3-5 years of relevant experience in the textile/apparel industry
✓ Strong technical knowledge of fabric manufacturing, testing methods, and quality systems

• Additional Requirements:
✓ Strong PowerPoint presentation and visualization skills
✓ Familiarity with sustainability platforms (e.g., BCI, Control Union) and PLM systems is an advantage
✓ Strong coordination and problem-solving capabilities
