Job Overview:
Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC is seeking customer-focused individuals to join its Call Center team. This role involves handling customer interactions, resolving complaints, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across inbound and outbound communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
✓ Understand customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
✓ Forward customer issues to relevant departments for resolution
✓ Provide accurate information regarding products and services
✓ Follow up on after-sales service queries and email communications
✓ Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain satisfaction
✓ Report daily activities and updates to the concerned authority

Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
✓ 1-3 years of experience in call center operations (preferred)
✓ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:
✓ Age: 20-30 years
✓ Willingness to work in shifts and holidays
✓ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
✓ Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
✓ Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✓ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
