Job Overview:
Remark HB Limited is seeking a proactive and data-driven Category Lead for its Herlan brand. This role focuses on driving category growth, optimizing product assortment, and enhancing customer experience within the skincare and personal care segment through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
✓ Manage product assortment based on sales trends and customer demand
✓ Plan and execute product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies
✓ Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
✓ Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail teams for seamless execution
✓ Manage vendor relationships and sourcing of new products
✓ Ensure stock availability while optimizing gross margin and profitability
✓ Lead product launches and campaign execution
✓ Track category KPIs and prepare performance reports
✓ Ensure store execution and compliance with brand guidelines and merchandising standards

Educational Requirements:
✓ BBA/MBA in Marketing or relevant discipline
✓ Candidates from IBA (DU/JU), NSU, BRACU will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
✓ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in category management, brand management, or retail merchandising
✓ Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry will be preferred
✓ Freshers with strong marketing understanding may also apply

✓ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
✓ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
✓ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
✓ Strategic thinking with execution capability
✓ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
