Job Overview:
Apex Footwear Ltd. is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to support its Visual Merchandising team. This role focuses on developing in-store campaign visuals, enhancing brand experience, and executing retail design concepts that drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Develop in-store design concepts for campaigns (Eid, Puja, Pohela Boishakh, etc.)
✓ Design window displays and campaign visual themes to enhance brand image
✓ Conceptualize and execute engaging visual merchandising strategies
✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for store design execution
✓ Visit stores and coordinate with vendors for accurate implementation
✓ Prepare project specifications, budgets, and ensure timely delivery
✓ Communicate with internal stakeholders to align design expectations
✓ Monitor industry trends to keep designs relevant and innovative
✓ Execute end-to-end brand and retail campaigns ensuring consistency across touchpoints

Educational Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Graphic Design / Fine Arts / Interior Design
✓ Degree requirement may be flexible with strong relevant experience

Experience Requirements:
✓ Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design
✓ Experience in retail / visual merchandising will be an advantage
