Job Overview:
Evince Group is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join its Corporate HR team, focusing on recruitment and HRIS management. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes and supporting HR systems to drive organizational efficiency and growth within the RMG sector.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
✓ Handle talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational needs
✓ Maintain and manage HRIS data ensuring accuracy and system efficiency
✓ Coordinate with departments to identify hiring needs and workforce planning
✓ Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
✓ Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment standards

Requirements:
✓ BBA/MBA in HRM from a reputed university
✓ PGDHRM will be considered an added advantage
✓ 3-5 years of experience in Garments, Textile, or Accessories industry
✓ Strong expertise in recruitment and HRIS management
