Position: Officer – Learning and Leadership Development
Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka

Job Overview:
BRAC is seeking a creative and technically skilled professional to support Learning and Leadership Development through high-quality multimedia content production. This role focuses on developing e-learning materials, audiovisual content, and digital assets to enhance organizational learning initiatives and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Design and develop self-paced e-learning courses for diverse stakeholders
✓ Operate and manage camera, lighting, and sound systems for production
✓ Create visual effects, graphics, and multimedia assets for digital content
✓ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver engaging multimedia outputs
✓ Develop brochures, presentations, web content, and promotional materials
✓ Edit and assemble audio-visual content ensuring quality and consistency
✓ Test and maintain technical equipment before and during production
✓ Ensure proper maintenance and security of production equipment

Requirements:
✓ Graduate degree from a recognized university
✓ Minimum 2 years of experience in digital content creation
✓ Proven portfolio of published multimedia or digital content

Additional Requirements:
✓ Strong knowledge of multimedia production, e-learning design, and instructional technology
✓ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
✓ Ability to create interactive and engaging digital learning content
✓ Strong project management and multitasking capability
✓ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
✓ Creative mindset with strong attention to technical detail
✓ Familiarity with AI-based editing tools will be an advantage

✓ Ensure a safe environment for all stakeholders, preventing harm, abuse, and exploitation
✓ Promote and implement safeguarding policies and standards
✓ Act as a support resource for safeguarding practices within the team
✓ Follow proper reporting procedures for any safeguarding concerns
