Role Overview:
Fiber@Home Limited is seeking motivated and technically sound candidates for the role of Trainee Engineer / Engineer – IP Network. The position involves planning, designing, and supporting IP-based network services across telecom and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Plan and design nationwide IP services including Layer-2, Layer-3, MPLS, and GPON networks
✓ Support IP service design for telecom networks (5G/4G/3G/2G) and small-cell connectivity
✓ Develop IP connectivity solutions for ANS operators, ISPs, government, and enterprise clients
✓ Coordinate with operations teams to resolve customer issues and ensure service delivery
✓ Assist in network troubleshooting and performance optimization

Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
✓ BSc in CSE / EEE / ETE / ECE

Experience:
✓ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
✓ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills:
✓ Basic knowledge of IP Networking (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, VPNs, QoS)
✓ Familiarity with NMS tools (Nagios, Huawei), GPON, and Optical Fiber/SDH/DWDM technologies
✓ Certifications such as CCNA / CCNP / HCNA / HCNP will be an advantage
✓ Experience with NTTN/ISP environments is a plus
✓ Proficiency in MS Office
