Job Overview:
PRAN-RFL Group is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their careers in Export Brand Management. This role provides hands-on exposure to international marketing, global brand positioning, and export operations across diverse FMCG markets.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Support export brand planning, positioning, and international market execution
✓ Assist in developing global marketing strategies across multiple regions
✓ Coordinate with international distributors, partners, and internal teams
✓ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights for export markets
✓ Monitor export sales trends, brand performance, and campaign effectiveness
✓ Support product launches, packaging adaptation, and compliance for international markets
✓ Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support brand growth

Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
✓ Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
✓ Strong interest in export marketing and global brand management
✓ Willingness to travel or work abroad
