Position: Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive (PE) – Assembly / Engine Assembly / Weld & Machine Shop / Paint Shop

Job Overview:
RANCON Motor Bikes Limited is seeking dynamic Production Engineers (PE) to oversee manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, and ensure quality standards across motorbike production units. This role offers an opportunity to work within a leading automotive brand and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Plan section-wise activities and support new model or project implementation
✓ Analyze machine and jig performance to improve productivity
✓ Identify operational defects and implement corrective measures
✓ Monitor daily production to ensure smooth operations
✓ Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
✓ Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
✓ Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards
✓ Analyze production data and prepare management reports
✓ Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
✓ Implement and sustain 5S practices on the shop floor
✓ Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and parts
✓ Apply GD&T, CTQ, and CTP concepts for quality control and troubleshooting

Requirements:
✓ B.Sc. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a reputed university
✓ 3-5 years of relevant experience will be considered an advantage

Additional Requirements:
✓ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical diagrams
✓ Knowledge of motorbike components, assemblies, and product structure
✓ Familiarity with production processes across assembly and manufacturing units
✓ Experience with AutoCAD (2D) and SolidWorks (3D)
✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
