Position: Recipe Optimization Officer
Job Location: Mawna Plant, Gazipur

Job Overview:
AMANN Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic professional to join its Manufacturing Department as a Recipe Optimization Officer. This role focuses on dye recipe optimization, quality assurance, and ensuring efficient production processes aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Oversee recipe prescreening processes within assigned shifts
✓ Optimize dye recipes to meet ABD RFT (Right First Time) standards and color targets
✓ Analyze failed batches and identify root causes for corrective actions
✓ Collaborate with laboratory teams to prevent recurrence of quality issues
✓ Provide on-floor supervision to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
✓ Manage workforce activities and ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:
✓ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Polymer Science / Chemistry
✓ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and Datacolor systems

Additional Requirements:
✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
✓ Ability to work in shift-based manufacturing environments
✓ Strong coordination and team management ability
