Role Overview:
The Executive / Senior Executive – Supply Chain will be responsible for ensuring smooth vehicle supply, inventory control, and coordination across internal supply chain operations. The role requires hands-on involvement in documentation, logistics tracking, and operational reporting within the automotive value chain.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Manage documentation and LC processing for vehicle imports
✓ Oversee inventory management and stock tracking
✓ Monitor vehicle stock movement and prepare related reports
✓ Ensure timely and accurate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) coordination
✓ Follow up on operations until vehicles reach depot/showroom
✓ Manage ERP system entries and operational data
✓ Handle bill processing and vendor coordination
✓ Support supply chain and sales data reporting

Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Supply Chain preferred)

Experience:
✓ 1-3 years of relevant experience
✓ Experience in the automobile industry will be an advantage
