Position: Manager – Structured Finance (IPO, Bond & Syndication)
Location: Dhaka

Role Overview:
✓ RANCON Group is seeking a Manager – Structured Finance to lead and execute complex capital market transactions including IPOs, bond issuances, and syndicated financing.
✓ The role focuses on financial structuring, deal execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance across transactions.
✓ The position requires strong expertise in investment banking, corporate finance, and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Manage and coordinate IPO transactions including prospectus preparation, due diligence, and regulatory liaison with BSEC and other stakeholders.
✓ Structure and execute corporate bonds, debentures, and other fixed-income instruments.
✓ Arrange and facilitate syndicated financing with banks and financial institutions.
✓ Develop financial models, valuation analyses, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.
✓ Prepare and review term sheets, information memorandums, and transaction documentation.
✓ Maintain relationships with financial institutions, regulators, investors, and internal stakeholders.
✓ Monitor capital market trends, regulatory updates, and emerging opportunities.
✓ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Candidate Requirements:
Education:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
✓ MBA / CFA / CA / ACCA will be considered an advantage.

Experience:
✓ 5-8 years of relevant experience in Structured Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets.
✓ Practical experience in IPOs, bond issuance, or syndicated financing is highly preferred.

Core Competencies:
✓ Strong financial modeling and analytical capability.
✓ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✓ Ability to manage complex transactions and cross-functional coordination.
