Role Overview:
✓ Vista AUX Bangladesh is seeking an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead district-level sales strategy and execution across assigned territories.
✓ The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing dealer networks, and identifying market opportunities within the consumer electronics and home appliances segment.
✓ The position requires strong field execution, relationship management, and target-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Develop and implement district/area sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
✓ Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets across product categories including AC, Refrigerator, LED TV, and Home Appliances.
✓ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
✓ Collaborate with the sales team to set targets and execute action plans.
✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.

Candidate Requirements:
Education:
✓ Bachelor/Honors degree from a reputed university (flexible for highly experienced candidates).

Experience & Eligibility:
✓ 2-5 years of relevant sales experience.
✓ Age limit: 25-34 years.
✓ Experience in electronics products and home appliances sales is mandatory.
✓ Dealer sales experience is required.
✓ Must own a personal motorbike with a valid driving license.
