Job Overview:
ShareTrip Ltd., one of Bangladesh’s leading online travel platforms, is seeking passionate individuals to join its ST Rooms team. This role focuses on delivering seamless hotel booking experiences, managing customer interactions, and strengthening hotel partnerships to enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Deliver prompt and professional customer service
✓ Proactively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
✓ Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
✓ Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
✓ Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
✓ Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships
✓ Monitor and continuously improve service quality
✓ Take ownership of tasks with a proactive approach

Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
✓ 0-2 years of relevant experience

Additional Requirements:
✓ Experience as a Guest Service Agent in reputed hotels will be an advantage
✓ Experience in ground handling, tour operations, or event management preferred
✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
