Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Assistant Regional Manager (ARM) – Sales & Service

Job Overview:
Upay is seeking experienced sales leaders to drive regional business growth, optimize distribution networks, and enhance market service excellence. This role is responsible for managing regional sales operations, ensuring strong distributor and agent presence, and achieving key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Develop and execute regional sales and distribution strategies
✓ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets
✓ Plan and implement regional distribution coverage effectively
✓ Lead, motivate, and manage regional sales teams
✓ Ensure optimal availability of distributors, agents, and merchants
✓ Analyze partner performance and ensure sustainability
✓ Conduct regular market visits and implement improvement action plans
✓ Monitor transaction trends, market share, and visibility
✓ Oversee stock flow, promotions, and market execution
✓ Build relationships with corporate clients, merchants, and SME partners

Requirements:
✓ Minimum graduation from a UGC-approved reputed university
✓ 12+ years of experience for RSM role / 8+ years for ARM role
✓ Experience in MFS, Telco, FMCG, or Banking industries preferred
✓ Proven track record in sales growth, team management, and regional performance
