Job Overview:
Pidilite Bangladesh is seeking a strategic and commercially driven professional to lead business development initiatives within the construction chemicals segment. This role focuses on demand generation, market expansion, and strengthening brand presence through effective sales and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Design and implement BTL strategies targeting influencers and key stakeholders
✓ Drive category growth and brand development through strategic planning
✓ Develop and manage lead generation and conversion systems
✓ Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence
✓ Provide actionable insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies
✓ Lead team development through training, performance management, and feedback
✓ Ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives aligned with brand guidelines

Requirements:
✓ Diploma or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
✓ Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
✓ At least 3 years of experience in team management

Additional Requirements:
✓ Experience in Construction Chemicals, Paints, Cement, Steel, or related industries
✓ Strong leadership and people management capability
✓ Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
