Position: Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
Job Location: Anywhere in Rajshahi Division

Job Overview:
Vivo Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to drive sales performance, manage retail operations, and strengthen market presence. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining distributor relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
✓ Conduct daily team meetings and communicate sales plans
✓ Monitor market share and implement company sales policies
✓ Manage retail stock and ensure timely replenishment based on demand
✓ Maintain strong relationships with retailers and market distributors (MD)
✓ Ensure proper execution and standardization of retail display and branding

Educational Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university

Experience Requirements:
✓ Minimum 2 years of experience in the mobile phone industry
✓ Experienced candidates will be given preference

Additional Requirements:
✓ Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
✓ Fluent in English communication
✓ Good presentation and public speaking skills
✓ Smart, energetic, punctual, and professional attitude
✓ Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure

Salary & Benefits:
✓ Salary: BDT 27,000 – 37,000 (Monthly)
✓ Travel allowance
✓ Two festival bonuses
✓ Half-yearly salary review
