Job Overview:
Pidilite is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and demand generation in the construction chemicals segment. The role blends technical expertise with strategic sales execution to drive project conversion and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Design and execute BTL strategies targeting influencers and customers
✓ Drive category growth and brand development through strategic planning
✓ Develop and manage lead generation and conversion pipelines
✓ Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence
✓ Provide actionable insights to improve demand generation and sales performance
✓ Lead team capability development through training and performance management
✓ Ensure execution of marketing initiatives aligned with brand and visibility plans

Educational Requirements:
✓ Diploma or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
✓ Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
✓ At least 3 years of experience in team management

Preferred Industry Background:
