Role Overview:
SQUARE Pharmaceuticals PLC. is seeking experienced and performance-driven professionals for roles in Computer System Validation and EHS/Engineering. These positions are critical for ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, IT system integrity, and environmental health and safety within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Computer System Validation (CSV):
✓ Manage plant-wide IT operations including enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity
✓ Ensure availability, performance, and compliance of IT systems supporting plant operations
✓ Administer and enhance business, manufacturing, and quality systems
✓ Oversee servers, storage, backup systems, disaster recovery, and communication tools
✓ Implement cybersecurity controls, user access management, and system monitoring
✓ Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, and audit requirements
✓ Lead IT planning, upgrades, budgeting, and user training initiatives

Process / Engineering:
✓ Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery
✓ Optimize equipment efficiency and utilization in production
✓ Support installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation of equipment
✓ Manage spare parts inventory and engineering documentation
✓ Prepare and review SOPs/EOPs and conduct technical training

EHS (Environment, Health & Safety):
✓ Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification
✓ Develop and deliver EHS training programs
✓ Implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures
✓ Investigate incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions
✓ Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (air, water, waste)
✓ Promote energy conservation and sustainability initiatives

Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
✓ B.Sc in Computer Science / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Environmental Science (from reputed universities)

Experience:
✓ 2-6 years of relevant experience (mandatory)

Additional Requirements:
✓ Age not exceeding 33 years
✓ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✓ Proficiency in MS Office applications
✓ Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts

Compensation & Benefits:
✓ Monthly salary: Approximately BDT 50,000 (attractive package)
