Role Overview:
The Trainee Territory Manager (TTM) role is designed for fresh graduates aiming to build a career in sales, distribution, and market execution. This position offers accelerated learning and exposure to territory management, distributor operations, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Develop and manage distribution networks, including appointing and supporting distributors
✓ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume and value)
✓ Strengthen market coverage by identifying new business opportunities and expanding dealer/sub-distributor networks
✓ Ensure smooth operational execution including stock flow, order management, and warehouse discipline
✓ Monitor competitor activities and gather market insights
✓ Prepare structured reports and provide actionable recommendations

Educational Qualification:
✓ BBA / MBA from a reputed public or private university

Experience:
✓ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:
✓ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✓ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✓ Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
✓ Ability to work in a target-driven, field-oriented environment
✓ Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories

Compensation & Benefits:
✓ Salary: BDT 25,000
✓ Mobile/Internet Allowance: BDT 1,000
✓ TA/DA: Similar to Territory Manager (TM)
✓ 4-month trainee period
✓ 10%-40% salary increment upon confirmation
