Role Overview:
The Officer – Factory Commercial (Finance) will play a critical role at the intersection of finance, supply chain, and compliance. The position focuses on strengthening financial governance, improving cost visibility, and ensuring inventory and VAT compliance within factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Monitor daily inventory movements and ensure financial compliance of transactions
✓ Perform timely material reconciliation and report to Head Office within defined timelines
✓ Track manufacturing cost (budget vs. actual) and support cost efficiency initiatives
✓ Ensure compliance with manufacturing VAT processes, including maintenance and reconciliation of VAT records
✓ Lead inventory reconciliation with proper VAT linkage and reporting
✓ Conduct fixed asset verification and ensure compliance with financial control policies
✓ Evaluate CAPEX proposals, plant expansion, and development projects with financial insights
✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial decision-making

Requirements:
Experience:
✓ Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance (preferably in supply chain or commercial finance)

Technical Knowledge:
✓ Strong understanding of costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing VAT processes
✓ Mandatory experience in SAP (MM & FI modules)
