Position: Executive – Sales Coordination & Data (Sales Admin)
Location: Head Office, Dhaka

Role Overview:
✓ Global Oil is seeking an Executive – Sales Coordination & Data to support sales operations through data management, reporting, and administrative coordination.
✓ The role focuses on maintaining structured sales data, generating performance insights, and ensuring smooth operational workflow across the sales function.
✓ The position requires strong analytical capability and coordination with internal stakeholders to enhance sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Maintain and update sales databases and documentation related to sales and marketing activities.
✓ Ensure structured documentation to support smooth delivery and operational processes.
✓ Prepare individual and territory-wise sales performance reports.
✓ Monitor sales performance against targets and generate analytical insight reports.
✓ Coordinate with department heads to address operational requirements effectively.
✓ Track and monitor sales personnel activities in alignment with route plans and reporting standards.
✓ Support employee relations within the sales team to maintain a productive work environment.
✓ Oversee resource allocation across territories and maintain accurate records.
✓ Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements:
Education & Experience:
✓ BBA in any discipline (preference for Finance or Accounting).
✓ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration and data analysis.

Eligibility Criteria:
✓ Maximum age: 32 years.

Core Competencies:
✓ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
✓ Strong analytical and reporting skills.
✓ Ability to manage data-driven decision-making processes.
✓ Effective coordination and communication skills.
