Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Accounts
Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Factory Location)

Role Overview:
✓ PRAN-RFL Group is seeking Management Trainee Officers (Accounts) to develop future accounting professionals through structured training and practical exposure.
✓ The role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career candidates to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations and financial management.
✓ Selected candidates will undergo training and rotational assignments across factory and business units.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Support day-to-day accounting operations and financial record management.
✓ Assist in financial reporting, reconciliation, and documentation processes.
✓ Work with cross-functional teams to understand business and operational finance.
✓ Participate in training and rotational assignments across departments.
✓ Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:
Education:
✓ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in AIS or Accounting from a reputed university.

Preferred Qualifications:
✓ CA (CC) / CA or CMA (Part-qualified) candidates will be given preference.

Eligibility Criteria:
✓ Maximum age: 30 years.

Core Competencies:
✓ Strong analytical and numerical ability.
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
✓ Good communication skills in Bangla and English.

Employment Details:
✓ Employment Type: Full-time
✓ Training Period: 6 months probation

Compensation & Benefits:
✓ Monthly salary: BDT 25,000 (plus overtime pay).
✓ Salary increment after probation based on performance.

Working Conditions:
