Position: Assistant Manager / Manager – Project Structured & Sustainability Finance
Location: Banani, Dhaka (Head Office)

Role Overview:
✓ LankaBangla Finance PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients within Project Structured and Sustainability Finance.
✓ The role focuses on client relationship management, credit analysis, financial structuring, and driving sustainable financing solutions.
✓ The position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Manage and maintain the existing corporate client portfolio.
✓ Identify and execute new business opportunities in structured finance, refinancing, and green financing.
✓ Generate and follow up on new business leads and deal pipelines.
✓ Analyze financial statements and develop financial models.
✓ Conduct industry analysis and economic forecasting.
✓ Prepare and review Information Memoranda and business reports.
✓ Conduct client and project visits with detailed reporting.
✓ Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders including Bangladesh Bank, lenders, banks, NBFIs, and corporate clients.
✓ Coordinate with internal teams such as CRM, Operations, and Treasury.
✓ Ensure timely submission of regulatory and internal reports.
✓ Develop and maintain MIS reports and data systems.
✓ Ensure compliance with corporate governance and ethical standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
✓ Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university (preferably in Finance or Accounting).
Experience:
✓ Minimum 5 years of experience in Banks/NBFIs.
✓ Maximum age: 38 years.
Core Competencies:
✓ Strong expertise in financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.
✓ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
