Programme Overview:
The Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop future banking leaders through structured training, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on operational experience. Participants will undergo an intensive development journey preparing them for mid-level leadership roles.

Programme Structure:
✓ Duration: 12 months intensive training
✓ Rotational exposure across core banking functions (Operations, Credit, Corporate, etc.)
✓ Real-time assignments with structured learning modules

Eligibility Criteria:
✓ Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree (MBA preferred) in Banking, Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines
✓ Minimum CGPA: 3.25 / 4.00 (in both Graduation & Post-Graduation)
✓ Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
✓ Strong analytical and numerical ability
✓ Willingness to work outside Dhaka
✓ Age not exceeding 30 years (as of May 10, 2026)

Preferred:
✓ 1+ year of banking experience
✓ Relevant professional certifications

Compensation & Benefits:
✓ BDT 60,000 per month during training period
✓ BDT 80,000 per month upon confirmation
✓ Designation: Senior Executive Officer after successful completion
✓ Additional benefits as per bank policy

Important Condition:
✓ Selected candidates must sign a 4-year service bond
