Role Overview:
Abul Khair Tobacco Company Limited is seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales operations for its Lighter & Match category. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong field execution capability and a proven track record in FMCG/Tobacco sales.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Lead sales growth and achieve business targets.
✓ Manage and develop field sales teams.
✓ Strengthen distribution channels and expand market coverage.
✓ Execute impactful trade marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
✓ Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.
✓ 10+ years of experience in FMCG/Tobacco sales.
✓ Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
