Position: Zonal Sales Manager – Institution Sales
Department: Consumer Brands (Toiletries & Hygiene)
Reporting To: Sales Manager, Institution Sales
Job Location: Dhaka & Chattogram

Job Overview:
ACI Consumer Brands is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive institutional sales performance across assigned regions. This role focuses on achieving sales targets through strategic planning, team management, and execution excellence while strengthening customer relationships and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Prepare channel-wise sales targets and execution plans
✓ Design and implement incentive programs for field force
✓ Monitor sales expenses and optimize budget utilization
✓ Evaluate and improve sales team performance
✓ Plan, organize, and monitor sales operations to achieve targets
✓ Lead product launches and promotional campaign execution
✓ Collect market intelligence and provide strategic insights
✓ Develop sales forecasts and ensure effective inventory management
✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients
✓ Conduct regular field visits and provide team training and guidance

Educational Requirements:
✓ BBA / MBA or equivalent from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
✓ 6-10 years of experience in FMCG sales
✓ Experience in Institution / Corporate Sales is required
✓ Background from leading local or multinational FMCG companies preferred

Additional Requirements:
✓ Age: Maximum 32 years
✓ Strong leadership and team management capability
✓ Strategic thinking with execution excellence
