Role Overview:
✓ Miniso Bangladesh Ltd. is seeking an Executive – HR & Administration to support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative coordination.
✓ The role requires strong execution capability across talent acquisition processes, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle activities.
✓ The position also involves coordination with store operations to ensure consistent HR practices and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Coordinate with departments to manage manpower requisitions and hiring needs.
✓ Maintain recruitment calendars and provide regular updates to the line manager.
✓ Schedule interviews, screen candidates, and shortlist profiles based on requirements.
✓ Participate in interview processes and ensure structured candidate assessment.
✓ Execute sourcing strategies including headhunting, social media, networking, and internal channels.
✓ Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and manage onboarding documentation.
✓ Issue joining circulars and maintain employee personal files and HRIS records.
✓ Ensure distribution and management of ID cards, uniforms, name badges, and visiting cards.
✓ Plan and conduct induction programs for new employees.
✓ Organize employee engagement initiatives and maintain regular staff communication.
✓ Monitor store operations for grooming and HR-related compliance.
✓ Conduct store visits with structured checklists.
✓ Support administrative tasks including subsidized lunch, travel arrangements, and HR/Admin billing.

Candidate Requirements:
Education & Experience:
✓ BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
✓ 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.

Core Competencies:
✓ Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
✓ Experience with HRIS and employee data management.
✓ Effective communication and coordination skills.
✓ Ability to manage multiple HR and administrative tasks efficiently.
