Role Overview:
✓ This role is responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition operations, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across the organization.
✓ The position focuses on building strong talent pipelines, executing strategic sourcing initiatives, and delivering data-driven recruitment outcomes.
✓ The role operates within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with significant exposure to large-scale hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Lead full-cycle recruitment including requisition approval, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management aligned with SLA and business requirements.
✓ Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria for bulk, critical, and senior-level hiring.
✓ Ensure quality of hire through structured assessments and standardized recruitment processes.
✓ Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting channels.
✓ Build and maintain talent pipelines and passive candidate networks to support future hiring needs.
✓ Maintain recruitment dashboards (pipeline, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate) and analyze data to improve hiring efficiency.
✓ Design and optimize job postings aligned with employer branding standards and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
✓ Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and audit requirements including pre-employment checks.
✓ Identify process gaps and implement improvements using ATS and recruitment automation tools.
✓ Support employer branding initiatives including job fairs, career sessions, and digital campaigns.
✓ Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to address hiring challenges and support strategic initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
✓ Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in HRM or related discipline will be an advantage.
✓ Professional certifications in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Analytics are preferred.
Experience
✓ 6-8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
✓ Experience in bulk hiring, critical hiring, and senior-level recruitment is highly preferred.
✓ Prior experience in fintech, banking, MFS, or large corporate environments is an advantage.
Core Skills:
✓ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.
✓ Hands-on experience with ATS and HR technology platforms.
✓ Strong analytical ability to interpret recruitment metrics and dashboards.
✓ Knowledge of recruitment compliance, labor laws, and governance practices.
